Gratitude Box for opening and remembering on special ocassions those things you are thankful forWrite down the things you are grateful for and tuck them away for safe keeping.

Decorate an empty tissue box and insert one slip of paper each day that lists one thing you have to be grateful for.  Invite the whole family to participate!  Choose a future date for opening the box and reading outloud those things for which you were thankful.

Reading the slips of paper is a great activity for Thanksgiving or New Year’s Eve, and could be used to celebrate any occasion – including Easter.  Invite the entire family to participate.
