Gratitude Tip 6: Gratitude Letter

Write a letter to express your gratitude and appreciationThe message I share with others is often the inspiration I need to hear myself.  Write a heartfelt letter of thanksgiving to someone who has blessed your life, either recently or in the past, and follow through by mailing the letter to your intended recipient. Use decorative stationary and a comfortable writing utensil, and find a quiet place to articulate your gratitude.

Remind your husband and kids how much you appreciate them by leaving “because of you” notes around the house for them to find.  Little sticky notes work great for this exercise.
