Gratitude Tip 9: Count Your ABCs

Count your blessings by counting your ABCsDon’t count sheep to help you fall asleep at night; instead count your blessings using the ABCs.  Use the alphabet to help you focus on your gratitude by listing something to be thankful for starting with each letter of the alphabet.

This exercise works while awake, too!
